Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

We are seeking a dynamic leader with a strong background in manufacturing and a proven track record of implementing and leading a Quality Management System (QMS) from its early stages. What You'll Do \n - Take full ownership of the division's Quality Management System (QMS), including creating procedures for raw material acceptance, in-process evaluation, and final product inspection.
\n - Lead or conduct investigations and corrective actions for significant defects and customer complaints.
\n - Promote and lead cost reduction activities to minimize waste, scrap, and rework, which will directly reduce the business unit's cost of poor quality (COPQ).
\n - Maintain and manage quality control instruments and testing equipment.
\n - Provide direction and mentorship to Quality Department personnel.
\n - Ensure compliance with the QMS by providing training and conducting audits.
\n - Regularly report on program progress, investigation findings, root causes, and corrective actions to the Division Leadership Team.

What We're Looking For \n - Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 5 years in a decision-making role.
\n - Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or Business Administration required.
\n - QMS Implementation: Extensive experience in implementing a QMS, especially from the ground up.
\n - Certifications: Experience in ISO certified facilities, with a strong preference for candidates with prior ISO 9001 implementation experience.
\n - Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a strong focus on project leadership.
\n - Technical Skills: Proficient in relevant software, data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
\n - Problem-Solving: Expertise in conducting investigations and determining root causes and corrective actions.
\n - Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
\n - Additional Skills: Six Sigma/Black Belt is a plus.
